2009 Annual Meeting a Success The 2009 Saddlewood Downs Annual Meeting, which was held on Jan. 26, was well-attended. 2009 Dues Assessment: The annual Homeowners Association Dues Assessment for Saddlewood Downs homeowners will be mailed this month. The dues amount is $200. Please remit payment to Saddlewood Downs Homes Association, c/o Haven Management, at 1990 E. Santa Fe, Suite 101, Olathe, KS 66062.

Monthly board meetings: Saddlewood Downs holds its board meetings every second Monday of the month. For information about the monthly board meeting location, please contact Haven Management at 913-764-7368.
