Annual Picnic The annual summer picnic is just around the corner! Please join your neighbors on Saturday, August 21 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at 15464 S. Annie. BBQ meats from McGuire's Smokehouse will be provided, as well as traditional BBQ sides and drinks. Bring the kids to enjoy the balloon artist and face painter! Hope to see you there!

Reminders If you are painting the exterior of your home or making any other structural change, please remember to complete an ARC form which is available on this web site. Also as a reminder, your lawn must continue to be maintained by mowing, trimming and watering through the fall months. Your HOA board thanks you for your continued cooperation in helping to keep our community beautiful! .

2010 Annual Meeting Thanks to those homeowners who attended the 2010 Saddlewood Downs Annual Meeting on January 25. New board members include Dale Girard and Brian Grantham. If you have any questions about the meeting's discussion topics, please contact a board member or Haven Management.

2010 Dues Assessment Your annual dues assessment for Saddlewood Downs was due on January 31, 2010. The 2010 dues amount is $200. If you have not paid your dues for 2010 yet, please provide your payment, plus a $20 late fee. This does not include any previous balance, so please contact Haven Management to obtain your balance. Please remit payment to Saddlewood Downs Homes Association, P.O. Box 3972, Olathe, KS 66063.

Monthly Board Meetings: Saddlewood Downs holds its board meetings every second Monday of the month. For information about the monthly board meeting location, please contact Haven Management at 913-764-7368.

Installing a Fence? If you are planning to install a fence, build a deck or make other architectural improvements to your home, you must first complete an architectural form and submit it to the Saddlewood Downs board for approval. Click here to download an architectural change form.

Haven Management will be delivering reminders to homes that still have exterior holiday lighting/decorations, as well as to homes where trash/recycle containers are stored in plain view. Refer to the Declaration of Restrictions for these and other guidelines.
