Friendly Reminders:
- Trash/recycling/yard waste bins should not be out before sundown on the day prior to pickup.
- Trash bins must be stored inside a garage, not stored in front of a garage or next to the home.
- No overnight street parking is allowed. Park vehicles in driveway or garage.
- Making a change to your home's exterior? First, request approval from the Architectural Committee. Find the form in Architectural Requests (right sidebar of this website).
- Be a good neighbor: When walking your four-legged friends, please pick up after them.
