Garage Sales: Garage sales are held 2 times a year:
Last full weekend in April
First full weekend in October
Garage sales may only be held at other times with written permission from the Board of Directors
Friendly Reminders:
Trash/recycling/yard waste bins can not be out before sundown on the day prior to pickup, and must be returned to your garage by the end of that day.
Overnight vehicle street parking is prohibited.
If you are making a change to the exterior of your home (including things such as painting, roofing, fencing, landscaping, exterior construction) you will need to first receive approval from the Architectural Committee. An architectural change request form can be found in the documents section of this website.
When walking your four-legged friends around the neighborhood please pick up after them.
