Architectural Change Requests

Before making any exterior changes to your home, homeowners must complete an Architectural Change Request form must be completed. 

To complete this form, log into the Resident Portal and select "Architectural Reviews" from the menu on the left. 

When submitting a request, please allow for sufficient time for the Architectural Review Committee  to review the request, and verify that the change is allowed per the Saddlewood Downs CC&Rs (found in the Documents section).
